Kurex supports hardware-based mouse emulation for cleaner and more stable input. It works without hardware too, but a device can improve consistency. Setup guides and KmBox-compatible firmware support are included.

How does the AI detection work technically?
Kurex uses a custom-trained convolutional neural network that analyses only your on-screen image signal. The workflow focuses on frame capture, inference, target selection and standard HID output.
Important: Kurex is designed around external visual signal analysis and does not require direct access to game files or protected system components.
How fast do I get access after purchase?
After successful payment you automatically receive within about 60 seconds:
- An email with your personal licence key and loader download link
- A Discord confirmation DM (if you entered your Discord tag at checkout) with access to the customer-only channel
- Access to the help wiki, setup videos and the update system
If nothing arrives within 5 minutes, check spam or contact us on Discord, support usually responds in under 30 minutes, 7 days a week.
Crypto payments may take a few minutes longer until the first block confirmation (typically about 5–15 minutes depending on the network).
Do I need extra hardware?
Yes, external hardware is required for Kurex AI. See Setup Information & Requirements for Single-PC, Dual-PC and Console setups.
Important: We do not sell hardware. Buy devices directly from the respective manufacturers or vendors.
Which systems does Kurex support?
Minimum requirements:
- OS: Windows 10 (build 1909+) or Windows 11 (all supported builds)
- CPU: Intel i5-6500 / AMD Ryzen 5 1600 or better
- GPU: NVIDIA GTX 1050 (2 GB VRAM) or AMD RX 560, AI inference uses the GPU via DirectML
- RAM: 8 GB (16 GB recommended)
- Storage: about 500 MB free SSD space
Recommended: RTX 2060 or better for sub-2 ms inference at 4K-class detection.
Not supported: macOS, Linux (Wine/Proton is unreliable), Windows 7/8, ARM devices (e.g. Snapdragon X).
You may install Kurex on any of your own machines, the licence is tied to your account, not to a single PC.
Can I upgrade or change my plan later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades work in two ways:
- Discord ticket: open a support ticket, give your current licence key and pick the upgrade.
- Customer dashboard: logged-in customers can upgrade directly in the dashboard.
The remaining value of your current plan is credited pro‑rata. Example: you bought a 1‑month plan 10 days ago and want Lifetime, the unused portion is applied toward the upgrade.
Downgrades (e.g. from Lifetime to monthly) are not possible, Lifetime stays Lifetime.
How stable is Kurex in daily use?
No unrealistic promises. Kurex is designed as image-analysis and input-assist software. Stability and user experience depend on your setup, settings and the rules of the respective platform.
We recommend moderate settings, clear testing on your own setup and responsible use.

Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept the following methods, processed with SSL encryption and PCI-DSS compliant providers:
- Card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
- PayPal: including PayPal debit and instalments where available
- Crypto: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Tether (USDT)
- SEPA bank transfer: EU, activation after funds clear (typically 1–3 business days)
Crypto checkout receives an extra 5% discount on plans. Prices are shown in euros. VAT is calculated automatically at checkout.
How do returns / withdrawal work?
Digital products have a special rule: when purchasing, you expressly waive your 14-day withdrawal right once you have downloaded the software or used the license key.
We still offer two goodwill options:
- 14-day money-back guarantee for technical issues we cannot resolve
- 72-hour withdrawal before activation: if you have not activated/redeemed the license yet, you can withdraw fully within 72 hours

What happens when my game updates?
Because Kurex is purely image-based and does not modifies into the game, most game patches are uneventful. Targets are found from visual features that rarely change completely.
If a patch does matter (new map art, skins, models), we ship model updates within 24–72 hours in the loader, no extra fee, no full reinstall.
Major engine shifts (e.g. large technical rewrites) may take longer; we post status transparently in Discord.
